We have run many hours of one-to-one and group Zoho Books training for accounts teams, business owners, CA staff and students. The standard programme is about 12 hours of hands-on practice on a copy of your own data, so your team is working in Zoho Books by the end, not just watching.

Nine modules, 12 hours in the standard plan. We drop or add modules to match your team.

    Set-up and GST configuration

    Organisation profile, GSTIN and place of supply, tax rates, HSN/SAC, chart of accounts, opening balances.

    Contact details, credit terms, item groups, units, customer-wise price lists.

    Sales cycle

    Quote, sales order, invoice, payment receipt, credit note. E-invoicing (IRN) and e-way bill. Recurring invoices and payment reminders.

FAQ

Questions about training

How many hours is the programme?

The standard programme runs 10 to 12 hours, usually spread over 2 to 3 weeks so people can practise between sessions. We shorten or extend it to fit your team and the modules you need.

Do we practise on our own data?

Yes, for teams. We set up a copy of your data in a practice organisation so people work on invoices, bills and bank statements they recognise. Individual batches use sample data.

Do you offer on-site training?

Yes, on-site in Chennai, and online for teams elsewhere. Online sessions are live, with screen sharing, and the practice organisation is the same.

Is there a test at the end?

There is a short assessment at the end of team programmes, so you know who needs another session. We also offer a follow-up Q&A after your first month-end close in Zoho Books.

Is this an official Zoho certification?

No. This is Aspara training on how Indian businesses use Zoho Books day to day. We do not issue Zoho certifications.

Can students or colleges join?

We run sessions with academic institutions through institutional arrangements. Write to us with the institution and batch size and we will tell you what is possible.

We have not bought Zoho Books yet. Can we still attend?

Yes. Many teams attend to decide how to use Zoho Books before they set it up. Zoho gives a free trial period you can use for practice.
